Congratulations to Joel from South Lake Tahoe on the 200 lb. sow he got mid-January. The Russian-pig bloodline really shows up on this razorback pig. The pig hunting should continue to stay good for at least the next few months.We're seeing a lot of turkeys about the ranch--those hunts start at the end of March and it should be another great year.
In other ranch news, the weather has been warm and dry, but we're hoping it will rain it a little more to ensure good grass growth through the spring and a large acorn drop in the summer.
